We recently started looking for apartments. I had to fire 2 realtors when I found Judy. She was very quick, very professional. She met with me right away even before any viewing to walk me through the process. She flagged 90% of apartments I found as bad ones before the viewing. She makes a point to research everything possible about the apartment/house to make sure her customers don't suffer. She always has valuable input and she is very knowledgeable. She even advised us against an apartment because it would be harder for us to sell it in the future.

Finding a place is only half of the job. There is a lot of paperwork that needs to be done and Judy made sure we are on track and follow the procedure. We are very happy we chose Judy to help us sell our condo and purchase a house. She provided advice that helped us successfully stage our condo, and she was excellent at dealing with the buyers' realtor. When it came time for us to shop for our house, her knowledge of common problems allowed her to point out plumbing and other problems that saved us from making the wrong decision. She always looked out for our best interests and made sure we were informed on both the positives and negatives of any house we looked at.

We were pretty picky, and asked Judy to look at tons of houses with us, but she was always patient and made herself available at a moments' notice. The neighbourhood we wanted was in a very strong sellers' market where competition was fierce.
